1,000,000 EI SmartMiles raffle draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. This campaign is exclusively applicable to Emirates Islamic Emarati credit cards including existing and new to bank customers.
  2. Customers will be enrolled automatically in the campaign. No registration or a separate opt in is required.
  3. The campaign period will commence on 01 September 2025 and conclude on 31 January 2026.
  4. Customers will earn one (1) raffle entry for every AED 500 in cumulative local spend made using an Emirates Islamic Visa Emarati Credit Card.
  5. Customers will earn three (3) raffle entries for every AED 500 in cumulative international spend made using an Emirates Islamic Visa Emarati Credit Card.
  6. Eligible transactions include all retail and online purchases, whether conducted locally or internationally, made using Emirates Islamic Visa Emarati Credit Card.
  7. Only cumulative spends posted during the campaign period shall be considered.
  8. Customers must meet the minimum cumulative spends criteria within that same calendar month to be eligible for the draw.
  9. Reversed or cancelled transactions, ATM cash withdrawals, and any applicable bank fees or charges are excluded from spend calculations and shall not contribute toward raffle eligibility.
  10. One winner will be selected each month to receive 1,000,000 EI SmartMiles equivalent to AED 10,000.
  11. 1,000,000 EI SmartMiles will be credited to the winner within 30 days after each draw date.
  12. Spends from any previous month(s) shall not be carried forward or considered for eligibility in any subsequent month’s draw.
  13. Each customer is eligible to win once only during the entire campaign period.
  14. The campaign will run for a total of five consecutive months. Each month, one winner will be selected resulting in a total of five winners throughout the campaign period.

  2. This Offer is a limited period offer valid for Emarati cards sourced from 01 March 2025 to 31 December 2025 and approved (Disbursed) latest by 15 January 2026.
  3. Bonus EI SmartMiles will be awarded after 60 days of card open date.
  4. This Offer is valid for New to Bank customers only. Existing EI Emarati Cardholders are not eligible for this Offer. This Offer is not applicable for customers who have closed their EI Credit Card in last 6 months.
  5. For customer making retail spends of less than AED 30,000 within 60 days of card issuance, will not be eligible for any Welcome Bonus EI SmartMiles.
  6. Welcome Bonus of AED 1,000 will be credited as 100,000 EI SmartMiles to the Applicant’s EI SmartMiles Account based on meeting above stated spend requirement within first 60 days of card opening date.
  7. If spend criteria is not met within 60 days of card issuance, customer will not be eligible for the Welcome Bonus.
  8. Customer needs to activate their Emarati Card to receive the Welcome Bonus Offer.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other acquisition offer on the card.
  10. Supplementary Cardholders spends will be clubbed with the linked Primary Card to calculate spends eligible for this Offer.
  11. Transactions that are reversed or cancelled are excluded for cumulative retail spends calculation.
  12. Late Payment Charges (Amount donated to charity), Finance Charges, Joining Fee, Annual Membership Fee, Cash Transactions, Credit Vouchers, Balance Transfer Bookings, Dial-a-Cheque, any internal calculations, etc. are excluded for cumulative retail spends calculation.
