Can I cancel my installment plan?

Yes, you can cancel your installment plan calling our call center at +971 600 599995 or through EI website Before cancelling your plan, you will either have to settle remaining principal outstanding or will be added in your coming statement plus an early settlement fee AED 150 + 5% VAT will be applicable.
