Before you start
You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered mobile number.
Your request will be processed within 4 working days. Once done, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number.
Request can must be placed at least 3 working days prior to the next execution date.
Please note, standing order placed via Online Banking can be canceled by online banking itself. If you are unable to do this, then call us on +971 600 599995 and we will be happy to help you.
