Card should not be delinquent and should be active
Cash on call can be requested only up to 80% of the available credit card limit
You need to apply for a minimum amount of AED 1,000.

Are there any processing fees for cash on call?

Can I cancel my cash on call installment plan?

Yes, you can cancel the cash on call plan through Mobile or Online banking. You must settle the remaining principle outstanding along with Early Settlement Fee of AED 157.50 VAT inclusive. Click here to see Fees & Charges.
