Credit Card Statement Request

If you’ve deleted or lost your card statement, you can use this application to request a duplicate for up to 1 year.

Before you start

  • You’ll be asked few security questions so we can be sure it is you. Please have your Credit Card Number and Registered Mobile Number ready.
  • Your request will be processed within 2 working days. Once this is done, you will receive an SMS with the details of the request on your Registered Mobile Number and the duplicate statement will be sent to your Registered Email Address.

Yes, you can request a duplicate statement for cancelled cards if you have another active credit card from which the charges can be debited.
The charge for a duplicate credit card statement (up to the last 3 months) is AED 26.25 per month, inclusive of 5% VAT. For statements over 3 months old, the charge is AED 47.25 per month inclusive of 5% VAT. Click here for Fees & Charges.
