New customers can ask for a limit increase only after 6 months from card issuance date.
You may request for a limit increase only after 6 months from your previous limit increase or limit decrease request.
Your Passport, Emirates ID & Visa must be current and up to date on our records.
Ensure your AECB score is up to date.
Your credit card type, income and AECB score will determine the maximum limit that can be availed.
You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your credit card number and registered mobile number.
Your request will be processed within 10 working days. Once submitted, you will receive an SMS with your request details on your registered mobile number.

Business or corporate credit card customers can reach out to their relationship managers to request for a credit limit increase.
