Before you start

  • You’ll be asked few security questions so we can be sure it is you. Be prepared with your Registered Mobile Number and Account Number or the last 4 digits of your Debit Card Number.
  • Your request will be processed within 3 working days. You can then collect it from your preferred branch.

If your request is for a buyout case, please visit your nearest Emirates Islamic Branch.

With the exception of buyout cases, for which you'll need to visit your nearest branch, you can apply for a no liability letter for all other cases.
