Terms & Conditions:

  1. There is no cap on maximum cashback per customer during the campaign period.
  2. This campaign offer cannot be combined with any other campaigns, offers or promotions.
  3. The eligible customers would receive ‘Cashback’ in AED within 60 days after completion of the campaign period in their business account with Emirates Islamic.
  4. The Bank reserves the right at its discretion to extend, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign in whole or part, at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against the Bank.
  5. Campaign Terms and Conditions are subject to change, addition or amendment at any time as per the discretion of the Bank without giving any prior notice.
  6. The Bank shall not be responsible nor accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising as may be incurred or suffered by the Eligible Customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters in connection with this Campaign.
  7. Bank reserves the right to replace the Reward with another item of similar value or to amend the value of the Reward, without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any person.
  8. Bank has the sole discretion to determine whether customer has met the requirements of the campaign and/or is awarded a Reward.
