Yes, the minimum spend amount (for the calendar) mentioned in the above table needs to be met. If not, the offer will not be applicable, and your credit card will be charged for the availed amount.

For example,
Scenario 1: If a Skywards Infinite cardholder books Meet & Greet service in September 2022 and their total spend for the month of September 2022 was AED 5,000 or more; then they will be eligible for the offer.

Scenario 2: If a Skywards Infinite cardholder books Meet & Greet service in September 2022 and their total spend for the month of September 2022 was AED 4,000 then they will not be eligible for the offer and the service will be charged on their card, in the next billing cycle.

If you exceed the maximum complimentary usage then your credit card will be charged with the excess usage charges.

No excess charges will be levied as it is within the max. complimentary services limit.

Scenario 2: If Primary Skywards Infinite cardholder books 3 services and Supplementary Skywards Infinite cardholder books 2 more services then it will be considered as 5 complimentary services utilized for the calendar year and customer’s card account will be charged for the excess usage of 3 services.
