Who is a Priority Banking Customer?

Customers who meet the following criteria qualify:

  • Priority Banking: Minimum of AED 100,000 as monthly average balance across deposits and investments, or Salary Transfer of AED 20,000-40,000 or Home Finance of AED 1M - 2.5 M

How do you recognize or identify a Priority customer?

  • Priority Banking Customers can be identified by Platinum MasterCard Debit Card with "Priority" written on it.
  • These customers also have Priority Banking branded cheque books.

What privileges are Priority customers entitled to?

How to change existing account to Priority?

Call us @800 111 22 or visit any of our branches and we will switch your account to Priority if you qualify. Your existing debit and credit cards will also be upgraded on request.

Customers who meet the following criteria qualify:

  • Priority Banking: Minimum of AED 250,000 as monthly average balance across deposits and investments, or Salary Transfer of AED 40,000 or more or Home Finance of more than AED 2.5 M

How do you recognize or identify a Priority Gold customer?

  • Priority Gold customers can be identified by the World MasterCard debit card with "Priority Gold" written on it.
  • These customers also have Priority Gold branded cheque books.
