Emirates Islamic supports Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service from Du

Emirates Islamic enables customers to continue their payment and inquiries without changing or updating the already registered mobile numbers in their customer profile.

Customers who are switching to another service provider and keeping the same number will have the ease to continue using the Bill Payments, Balance Inquiry and other mobile number dependent services and facilities across all Emirates Islamic channels (ATM, CDM, IVR, Online Banking and Mobile Apps).

Currently MNP is available for Du mobile numbers only (Etisalat numbers switched to Du).

The service allows customers to:

  • Generate a Branch Queuing Ticket.
  • Save an image of the ticket as a photo on their mobile device.
  • Issue one ticket at a single point of time. Another ticket can be generated once the current ticket at hand is announced at the branch.
  • View the total number of people waiting in the branch.

Steps to Issue a Queuing Ticket:

1. Login to the mobile app
2. Go to 'Services' and click on 'Get Queuing Ticket'
3. Select the desired Branch

4. Tap on the button 'Get Queuing Ticket'
5. Select the service for which you are
visiting the branch for
6. A ticket will now appear on the mobile screen and will be saved to the mobile phone
Note: A check box will be displayed at the bottom of the screen with the message "Next time, I want to issue a ticket without logging into the application" - if you click on this text box and tap continue, the service will start appearing on your pre-login screen of the Emirates Islamic Mobile App so you can use this service without logging on anymore. Tap on continue to issue the ticket
7. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number confirming the issuance of the ticket
