Terms & Conditions:

  • 1st visit to the Lounge in a calendar year is complimentary.
  • To utilize the subsequent complimentary visits in the same calendar year, customer needs to make a minimum foreign currency spend of USD 1 or equivalent, on both primary & supplementary cards. If the spend criteria is not met then customer will be charged US $27 to the card.
  • For every accompanying guest, cardholders will be charged US $27 per person per visit

Emirates Islamic Business Credit Card can be issued to Commercial Banking customers who have a finance facility with Emirates Islamic Bank.

Yes, the supplementary credit cards can be issued to partners/employee upon request from the authorized signatory on behalf of the company. The company can request for unlimited supplementary cards.

No, the supplementary credit card members will NOT have access to activate and block their respective credit cards. Any request for activation or blocking of a supplementary card account can only be initiated by the authorized signatory. The same applied for all service related request.

Transaction SMSes will be sent to the registered number of the key authorized person.

The Emirates Islamic Business Credit Card is free for life

The Emirates Islamic Business Credit Card does not have any minimum spend thresholds. So you start earning from the time you begin to spend.

The authorized signatory can redeem EI SmartMiles through the EI Smartmiles portal www.eismartmiles.ae

EI SmartMiles are valid for two years from the day earned. For example, EI SmartMiles earned on January 2016 will expire on 31 January 2018 if not redeemed.

In the case of a reversal of a transaction, the EI Smartmiles earned for that transaction will also be reversed. EI Smartmiles will be awarded to actual purchases transactions only.

A credit card account that is open and is under good standing will not have to forfeit its EI Smartmiles. However any delinquent card accounts EI Smartmiles will be forfeited.

EI Smartmiles will be forfeited if it has not been redeemed over a period of 2years from the accrual date or in the case of cancellation of the card.

The company / authorized signatory is fully liable for all Business Credit Cards issued under the company.

Contact your respective relationship manager to block and close the card.

  • Know the credit limit assigned to your card
  • Monitor your usage on all cards through consolidated statements
  • Inform the Bank for closure of the card in case an employee with a supplementary card resigns or gets terminated
  • Inform the bank immediately incase a card is lost or stolen
