The following Terms and Conditions apply to complimentary Valet Parking Services being offered by the Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC (the "Emirates Islamic") to Skywards Black, Skywards Infinite, Skywards Signature, Flex Elite, Etihad Guest Premium, Etihad Guest Saqer, Etihad Guest Ameera, Expo, Emarat, Cashback Plus, Switch Cashback Card and Union Cooperative Platinum cardholders.

Valet Parking Service : Is a service offered by a third party for putting eligible specific Emirates Islamic Cardholders vehicles in a parking slots.

Free Usage:

Subject to the below Terms and Conditions, Emirates Islamic Skywards Black Cardholders get three (3) complimentary Valet Parking Services per month at selected offer locations, Emirates Islamic Infinite (Etihad Guest Premium, Skywards & Flex Elite) and Emarati Cardholder get two (2) complimentary Valet Parking Services per month at selected Offer Locations, Emirates Islamic Skywards Signature, Etihad Guest Saqer, Etihad Guest Ameera, Cashback Plus, Switch Cashback Card, Platinum Union Coop card Cardholders get one (1) complimentary Valet Parking Services per month at selected offer locations and Expo Cardholders get one (1) complimentary Valet Parking Service at Expo site & (1) complimentary Valet Parking Service per month at selected offer locations.

The offer available during the operational hours only.

This Valet Parking Service Offer only applies to Standard (regular) Valet Parking Service at the Offer Locations.

*All Dubai Mall locations will charge AED 1; this amount will be returned to the card within 45 days of using the valet service.

Additional charges not included in this Offer:

Any additional parking charges that may be levied at the Locations such as (VIP parking service) are to be borne by the Cardholder.

Extra Usage Charges not included:

Extra usage Charges not included in this Offer.

Each extra usage for the Offer Locations, after the complimentary Valet Parking Service in a month, will be charged by the Card Member and Emirates Islamic shall add the extra Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate in the selected Location. Charges at each of the locations may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Supplementary Card Usage and the calculation method:

Usage of the Valet Parking Service by Supplementary Card Members will constitute usage by the Primary Card Member and will be included in the calculation of the total number of Valet Parking Service as used by the Primary Card Member.

Eligibility:

The minimum spend amounts for Emirates Islamic Credit Cards are listed below:

If the minimum spend amount is not met in a calendar month, the service usage amount will be charged to the customer. Emirates Islamic shall add the Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate in the selected Location. To know the location based rates, click here.

The above spends limit and charge is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

New Locations and the Availability of Slots:

New Locations may be added or existing Locations may be discontinued without prior notice. This Valet Parking Service will be provided subject to availability of valet parking slots at the respective Locations.

Independency:

Valet Parking Service are being provided through a third party as an operator for the Valet Parking Service "the Service Operator" This Valet Parking Service is subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Operator which is not contradicted with this Terms and Conditions.

Right to Amend:

Emirates Islamic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time wholly or in part, or to suspend or terminate the Offer, at its absolute discretion by way of posting on Emirates Islamic’ s website, or in any manner deemed suitable by Emirates Islamic; or withdraw this Offer at any time without any prior notice.

Disclaimer:

Emirates Islamic assumes no any responsibility with respect to the Valet Parking Service provided by the Service Operator.

The Card Member understands and acknowledges that this is a Valet Parking Service offered by Emirates Islamic will be performed by the Service Operator.

The Service Operator and Emirates Islamic are independent contractors to each other and Emirates Islamic will not have any liability at any time towards the Card Member for any claims, losses that the Card Member may have against the Service Operator for the services rendered by it to the Card Member.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Offer, Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in particular by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

All disputes relating to this Offer Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
