Eligibility

  • Only UAE and GCC National owned businesses issued with Home License registered with the Dubai Economic Department (DED) can avail this package.
  • Only 3K minimum balance requirement*

A nominal fall below fee of AED 200 per month will apply for the package if the above conditions are not met after 12 months of the account opening.

Documents Required

  • Company profile and valid legal documents including:
    1. Complete EI Account Opening Form
    2. Passport and Emirates ID copies of the owner
    3. E-Trader License issued by Dubai Economic Department
    4. Any other documents (as required by the Bank)

Account Maintenance Queries

To update your registered mobile or email, you can visit any of our branches / or dedicated business banking centers. Please bring the following documents:-

  • Valid trade license
  • Company stamp
  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id) for all partners

You can request for a cheque book via smartBUSINESS e-banking solution. Alternatively, you may visit any of our branches or dedicated business banking centers. Please note, the cheque book will the delivered to the key man mentioned in the request. However, in case you wish to amend the keyman details you have to visit any of our branches / or dedicated business banking centers to request for updation of keyman details.

To change your existing account package, you any of our branches or dedicated business banking centers. Please bring the following documents:-

  • Valid trade license
  • Company stamp
  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id) for all partners

To update your signatures, you may visit the branch with the request letter duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory along with the following documents:-

  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid Trade License
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id)
