Update your renewed Trade License with the bank
As per the UAE Central Bank regulation, Banks are required to retain a copy of the Valid Trade License of all the Companies maintaining accounts with them.
In case valid Trade License is not submitted for more than 60 days after expiry, charges will be recovered from the account each month until a valid Trade License has been submitted to the Bank.
Please note that, with immediate effect, Emirates Islamic branches will no longer be accepting Trade License update / renewal requests. For your convenience, all such requests can now to be initiated through our alternate channels. Please refer the options below:
Guidelines
Email should be send from the registered email ID with the bank*
Mention your Account Number & Account Name in the email subject*
Attach a clear copy of the renewed Trade License (All Pages)*
Ensure that all details in renewed Trade License is matching with the old one*
* Kindly note that bank reserves the right to reject / not process the request if the above conditions are not met. Kindly contact your Relationship Manager or Emirates Islamic branch if there is any change in the Trade License (Eg: Change in Trade Name, Change in shareholders etc.)
