Choose to pay in 6, 12, 18, 24 or 48 equal monthly instalments, billed to your Monthly Card Statement.

All Emirates Islamic Primary Credit Cardholders can apply for Cash on Call . The maximum amount will be based on your available credit card limit and card performance. Cash on Call is a facility in which maximum 80% of the credit card's available limit is provided to customer as cash which customer can pay in monthly instalments with nominal charges depending on the card type. Card should be active while applying for COC.

There is no processing fee charged on Cash on Call, but a nominal profit rate applies for Profit-based Cards. The profit rate is subject to change at any time.
For cancelling or foreclosure, a fixed fee will be charged.

If you fail to pay your installments for two consecutive months, your plan will be foreclosed. Your entire outstanding Cash on Call amount will immediately be due for payment in full. For more details, learn more about our Credit Cards Fees and Charges.
Even if you prepay the entire amount, your Cash on Call plan will remain active, and you will continue to pay profit towards the plan. If you want to cancel the plan, you must place an early settlement request by contacting our Call Centre on

Before you place a request to cancel your Credit Card, you need to close all the active plans on your Card. Any fees applicable and the remaining outstanding balance will be due for payment in full and must be cleared prior to card closure.
