What you can do at our ITMs

24/7 Self Service Features:

Virtual Teller based Services

Note: Non-Emirates Islamic account holders will only be able to encash Emirates Islamic cheques and deposit funds into Emirates Islamic accounts.

Yes, you will be able to do so. The money debited from the account will be the cheque amount, however the cash you receive will be rounded up to the nearest 25 fils.

No, you will be able to perform one transaction at a time.

Any individual, Business Banking, Corporate customer or Bank staff can perform transactions on our ITMs with their Emirates ID.

No, you can’t make these payments through our ITMs, but you can use Online Banking or Mobile Banking to pay in a few easy steps.

You’ll need to present a valid Debit Card or Emirates ID to perform the transaction.

Yes, the documents printed by the ITM are fully authenticated and stamped by the bank, and can be used for any official purpose.

Yes, you can perform cash withdrawals up to AED 150,000 using just your valid Emirates ID.
