Configure the types of payments and transfers you can do on Online/Mobile Banking

The Available Services option allows you to enable or disable specific transactions that can be done on Online Banking and Mobile Banking using your Accounts and Credit Cards.

Note:

Credit Cards only have one configurable service which is making payments using your Credit Card.

Configure your Available Services

You can configure your Available Services instantly via Online Banking.

Steps to configure your Available Services:

Online Banking

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click on Manage Settings > My Services
  • Answer your Secret Questions
  • Select what you want to configure:
  • To configure the services for all your Accounts, select your CIF
  • To configure the services for any one of your Credit Cards, select the Credit Card
  • Edit the services by clicking on ON/OFF
  • Click on Next and Confirm

Your changes will reflect immediately.
