There are no charges for issuing an Emirates Islamic Debit Card.
If you want to dispute a transaction that has been charged to you card, you need to notify the Bank within 60 days from the date of the relevant statement. Simply contact our Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 or complete the Cardholder Dispute Form and email it to Helpdesk@emiratesislamic.ae. Learn more about how to dispute a transaction.
