If you’ve forgotten your Smart Pass PIN, or just need to change it, don’t worry, you can do it easily on the Emirates Islamic Mobile Banking App.
You should change your Smart Pass PIN if you have security concerns, or if someone else has had access to it. To change your PIN, you need to know the old one. If you don’t, simply reset the PIN instead.

If you’ve forgotten your Smart Pass PIN, don’t worry, just follow the steps below to reset your PIN anytime.

It will be valid for 15 minutes after which you will need to reset it.
You can request up to 3 Authentication Codes within 15 minutes. If you’ve made three unsuccessful attempts, just wait for 15 minutes before you request a new Code.
If you enter the wrong Authentication Code 3 times consecutively, you'll be logged out of Mobile Banking and you’ll have to start the process again.
