Points Adjustments reflects changes to your Rewards Balance because of deductions or additional rewards earned. Deductions can happen when rewards you earned for a particular transaction are no longer valid due to a refund or conversion into an installment plan. Additional rewards can be credited to your Rewards Balance during a promotion.
