You have several options to deposit/transfer money into your account. You can visit a branch or use one of our Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) or Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).

We have placed a number of these machines at various locations as well as in our branches for your convenience.

 To check where these machines are located, please use our branch locator and search for CDM or ITM.

You can pay with cheques or notes as follows:

  • Up to 150 notes at a time
  • Up to 25 cheques

To use a CDM or ITM, you must carry your Emirates ID and either have your debit card with you or know your account number.

FAQs

The daily cash deposit limit at CDMs and ITMs is AED 100,000. The machine will alert you if you try to deposit more than this amount. Please visit any of our branches to deposit a higher amount.

Yes, you can request a higher cash deposit limit, but approval will be subject to Emirates Islamic's internal policy.

Here are some of the reasons QuickRemit can be delayed:

  • The transfer was initiated after Processing Hours or it’s a bank holiday in the recipient’s country. Your request will be processed the next working day.
  • Your beneficiary details are inaccurate, or your transfer was made for business and not personal purposes. In this case, your transfer will be returned within 3 to 5 working days.
  • The Bank may require more information for some transfers. If this is the case, your request will need to be processed using Emirates Islamic’s regular Money Transfer service.

Please contact our 24-hour Call Centre immediately on +971 600 599 995 for assistance. If you have forgotten your card in the machine, we’ll block it and send you a replacement card.

When you call us, we need the following information:

  • Machine ID of the CDM
  • Date of transaction
  • Deposit amount
  • Account number or debit card number
  • Your Emirates ID number (if required)

You’ll receive an SMS on your registered mobile number when you make a deposit into your account. The SMS will state the amount you have deposited.

No, you will need either your Emirates ID or Debit Card to deposit cash into your account.

ITM service operating hours at Mall of the Emirates are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday), and from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm (Friday and public holidays).

Al Wasl, Dubai – from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday).

Mirdif City Centre– from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday).

  • Machine ID of the CDM
  • Date of transaction
  • Deposit amount
  • Account number or debit card number
  • Your Emirates ID number (if required)
