Quick, simple and secure payments.
Once you have added you Emirates Islamic Credit Card, Debit Card or Prepaid Card to Samsung Wallet, you can pay with these three simple steps:
Swipe up from the bottom of the display (from the home screen or lock screen) to open Samsung Wallet. Your default debit or credit card will show up on the screen. If you have multiple cards set up, simply swipe left or right to switch to the card you wish to use.
Tap the fingerprint or iris button if you have Samsung Wallet secured with the biometric sensor, or the "PIN" button if you want to enter your PIN. If you have Samsung Wallet secured via the fingerprint sensor, simply tap the sensor with your finger and the payment mode will activate.
Touch the back of the phone to the payment terminal or card machine. You might need to touch the phone to the side of the card machine in some cases. You have 30 seconds to do so, but if time runs out, simply repeat step 2. You can stop touching the phone to the payment terminal or card machine once your card has been detected. You may be required to enter your card’s PIN on the terminal or card machine to authorise the payment.
Here’s how you can add your Emirates Islamic Credit Card, Debit Card or Prepaid Card to Samsung Wallet.
Tap on 'Add Credit or Debit Card'. You can scan or manually enter your Emirates Islamic Credit Card, Debit Card or Prepaid Card details and follow the on-screen instructions.
Verify your Emirates Islamic Card by entering OTP sent across to you either through SMS or email.

All Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards, Visa Debit Cards and Prepaid Cards issued by Emirates Islamic, are eligible to be used on Samsung Wallet.
Up to ten unique cards can be added to a device. Besides payment cards, loyalty cards can also be added to the wallet to a max count of thirty.
Launch the Samsung Wallet app on your Samsung device and add your Emirates Islamic Visa or MasterCard Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or Prepaid Card by scanning or by manually entering the details and authenticating with your fingerprint or 4-digit pin. Start making secure contactless transactions with your Samsung device.
For security purposes, a one-time passcode is required to be entered in order to confirm your identity. This code is a unique series of numbers and/or letters which will be sent via email or text. If prompted, you must select how you wish to receive the one-time passcode and then enter it into the appropriate field.
Samsung Wallet is accepted virtually everywhere a physical card can be swiped. It is accepted at MST and NFC technology terminals.
No, you are not charged for using Samsung Wallet.
Card art will not always match and is dependent on the network. The last four digits on the card art in Wallet will always match the last four digits of the plastic card.
If your Samsung device is either lost or stolen, you can go to Samsung's website using Find My Mobile service. This will happen even if a device is offline and not connected to a mobile or Wi-Fi network.
Alternatively, you can call us on +971 600 599 995 to suspend or delete a card from Samsung Wallet.
If you have lost your physical card and then receive a replacement card, you will need to remove the original card record from Samsung Wallet and register your new card again.
If you wish to return a purchase made with Samsung Wallet, you will have to bring along your physical Emirates Islamic Card along with the Samsung device and request the merchant to issue the refund back on your Card. You can hold the device near the payment terminal and authorize with touch ID or passcode.
If you had previously registered your credit card on Samsung Wallet, and the card is due for renewal, the replacement credit card will automatically be registered back to Samsung Wallet when you activate your renewal credit card.
For debit cards you will have to re-enter the card details to enrol it for Samsung Wallet.
When performing a reset, all payment information in Samsung Wallet will be deleted. You will need to set up and add the card information into Samsung Wallet again after the device has been reset.
If you replace your device, you will need to add the card(s) again to Wallet. You must ensure to remove your card(s) from any device before selling, exchanging, or disposing them. You should also remove your card if you are temporarily sharing your device with someone else; for example if your phone is to be repaired.
