e-Statement contain the same information as your paper statements and they are:

  • Free, Fast and Convenient
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Consolidated view of :
    • Current and Savings accounts (CASA)
    • Finances and Cards
    • Deposits
  • Bilingual
  • Can be viewed, downloaded and printed at anytime, anywhere

As part of our "Go Green" initiative we will start sending your Account statements in e-Statement format only in the coming months.

All you need to know

  • The bank is moving customers to Account e-statement in the coming months
  • Your e-Statement will be sent from Estatement@emiratesislamic.ae. If you receive the e-statement in your Junk folder, please mark it as "Not Junk".
  • Your e-Statement will be sent on the 1st of every month.
  • You can change your registered email address for your e-statement by visiting the nearest branch, or logging into Online Banking and clicking on My Information Tab > Profile Information >Personal Details or calling 600 599 995.
