Credit Card eStatement

If you are currently receiving both paper and eStatement for your Credit Card

To go green with Credit Card eStatement:

• Effective immediately, we will start sending your Credit Card statements in eStatement format only. No action is required on your part

If you are currently receiving Credit Card paper statements only

• If you have a registered email address with us, you will be automatically subscribed eStatement as a part of our "Go Green" initiative. We will start sending your Credit Card statements in eStatement format only. This change does not require any action on your part

If you currently hold more than one credit card with us (e.g. RTA Card + Skywards Card)

• To "Go Green with eStatement" - Call us on 600 599 995 or visit any of our Branches.
• If you want to continue receiving paper statements for your Credit Cards - Call us on 600 599 995 or visit the Branch.
• If you were unable to contact the bank, and:
  • Have a valid email registered with us - we will start sending you eStatement by default effective immediately and discontinue paper statements
  • Do not have a valid email address registered with us - we will continue to send you paper statements for your cards.
