Airport Transfer Terms & Frequently Asked Questions

  1. All bookings to be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  2. An authorization of AED 1 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect in your card statement.
  3. Etihad Guest Card: Benefit available only when Etihad airways transaction is done within last 6 months of booking date using Emirates Islamic Etihad Guest Credit Card & the Etihad flight is scheduled on the date of requested airport transfer (+/-12 hours).
  4. Skywards Black Card: Benefit available only when Emirates airlines transaction is done within last 6 months of booking date using Emirates Islamic Skywards Black Credit Card & the Emirates flight is scheduled on the date of requested airport transfer (+/-12 hours).
  5. A one-way airport transfer is considered as a drop.
  6. Serviceable locations include: City limits for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah & Al Ain only.

  • DXB airport to Abu Dhabi City and vice versa
  • DXB airport to Sharjah and vice versa
  • DXB airport to Ras Al Khaimah and vice versa
  • DXB airport to Al Ain and vice versa

No, the Emirates spend needs to be done on Emirates.com, Emirates branches or the Emirates Call Center.

You will be charged a fee towards the airport transfer(s).

It will be 2 trips. Trip 1: Abu Dhabi to DXB airport, Trip 2: DXB airport to Abu Dhabi.
