The following Terms and Conditions apply to complimentary access to Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club Services being offered by the Emirates Islamic Bank PSJC (the "Emirates Islamic") to selected Credit Cards.

The free usage shall be subject to the below Terms and Conditions of Emirates Islamic Credit Cards. A complimentary access to the club with unlimited access per month shall be subject to the availability in the two locations (Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club).

Please note, that while using the health club services, Emirates Islamic Customers must adhere to Islamic morals and values, and local morals and customs.

1. Thriwe is a third party vendor. Ladies Club Program is being offered in partnership with Thriwe.
2. Acceptance of requests for bookings for Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club are subject to availability and will be accepted at the sole discretion of the Club.
3. Any change request to confirmed booking times are subject to availability and will be accepted at the sole discretion of the Club .
4. To avail the benefits of the Ladies Club Program, Customers must make bookings by clicking here and must not contact the club directly.
5. Dubai Ladies Club restricted the access to female self Emirates Islamic Credit Cardholders only and holders of (i.e. Skywards Black, Skywards Infinite, Skywards Signature, Flex Elite, Etihad Guest Premium, Etihad Guest Saqer, Etihad Guest Ameera, Emarati, Cashback Plus and Switch Cashback).
6. Sharjah Ladies Club restricted the access to female self Emirates Islamic Credit Cardholders only and holders of (i.e. Skywards Black, Skywards Infinite, Flex Elite, Emarati and Cashback Plus).
7. Access is granted to individuals 18 years and older. Bring your physical credit card to show the last four digits, along with your booking ID and original Emirates ID.
8. Emirates Islamic Bank reserves the right to add, change, replace, remove Dubai Ladies Club and/or Sharjah Ladies Club benefits which are being offered under this Program without any notice to the Customers.
9. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating Customer releases Emirates Islamic Bank and Thriwe from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by her in connection with her participation in the Program.
10. Emirates Islamic Bank and Thriwe do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the Dubai Ladies Club and/or Sharjah Ladies Club and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Customer directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the Dubai Ladies Club and/or Sharjah Ladies Club under this ladies club Program.
11. Any individual applying, activating or using the Ladies Club Program is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions governing the Ladies Program and as may be amended from time to time.
12. Booking will be processed on a best effort basis and Emirates Islamic Bank does not assume any responsibility or liability for booking requests which are not confirmed due to any reason whatsoever.
13. Bookings are not transferrable.
14. The Ladies Club Program is valid for self-cardholder only and is not valid for any Group Bookings.

15. The minimum spend amounts for Emirates Islamic Credit Cards are listed below:

    Sharjah Ladies Club:

16. If the minimum spend amount is not met in a calendar month, the service usage amount will be charged to the customer. Emirates Islamic shall add the Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate in the selected Location. The above spends limit and charge is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
17. A no show up fee of AED 157.50 shall be applicable for every no show up spend, Emirates Islamic shall add the Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate.
18. AED 157.50 cancelation fee shall apply from third cancelation in a monthly calender. Emirates Islamic shall add the Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate.
19. New locations may be added, or existing locations may be discontinued without prior notice. Aforementioned Dubai Ladies Club and Sharjah Ladies Club access service will be provided subject to availability of Dubai Ladies Club and Sharjah Ladies Club daily membership limit slots at the respective locations
20. Emirates Islamic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time wholly or in part, or to suspend or terminate the Offer, at its absolute discretion by way of posting on Emirates Islamic’ s website, or in any manner deemed suitable by Emirates Islamic; or withdraw this Offer at any time without any prior notice.
21. Retail spends does not include Easy Cash, Balance Transfer, Easy Payment Plan and Cash withdrawals.
22. Emirates Islamic Bank, Thriwe and participating establishment(s) reserve their absolute rights to alter orwithdraw any of the Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of UAE courts.
24. An authorization of AED 2 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect in your card statement.
25. Customer cannot have two active bookings unless the first booking is completed.
