As an Emirates Islamic Etihad Guest Cardholder, you are eligible for Etihad Guest Miles Back when you redeem your miles for an Etihad flight or upgrade booking.
Miles Back will only be awarded when the member books an Etihad Guest seat using miles only, not miles + cash.
Emirates Islamic Etihad Guest Cardholders will earn their Miles Back only after completing their entire booking or itinerary and Miles Back will be credited to your Etihad Guest account within 45 days from completion of the entire itinerary . The following are excluded from Miles Back:
where there is removal of any passenger(s) from the original itinerary;
partially utilized tickets, (for example - if you’ve flown any one route as part of your itinerary, but then decided to cancel the remaining routes of your itinerary).
Miles Back offer will be applicable only for airfare ticket redemption and not for the airport taxes redemption.
Miles Back cannot be combined with any other Etihad Guest Miles offer(s) such as complementary, discount and upgrade vouchers when booking your ticket.
Miles Back is available only on Etihad Airways operated flights and is not valid for flights operated by another carrier or codeshare, even when booking from Etihad Airways. A combined booking of Etihad Airways operated flight and another flight operator is excluded.
Any prevailing Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions as available at Terms and Conditions shall apply at all times.
