Personal Finance Installment Deferment Terms and Conditions:
Customers should send their response from the mobile number registered with Emirates Islamic.
Customers should send the response on or before the date mentioned in the SMS.
The deferment pertains only to installments due in the month as per the SMS.
In case of early settlement by the Customer, the Bank will collect the profit amount for the deferred installments during the Murabaha tenor, which shall not exceed the total profit agreed upon in the Murabaha Contract.
The lien/hold equivalent to the monthly installment may still be placed on your account however it will be released automatically on the Installment due date.
