At Emirates Islamic, it is our continuous endeavor to ensure that all your online transactions are secure. Therefore, with effect from 8 November 2019, a new safety feature has been added to protect your account against online frauds.
There will now be a 24-hour waiting period to initiate a transfer when you add or edit a beneficiary on Online/Mobile Banking. Also, the same 24-hour waiting period will be applicable when deleting the same beneficiary.
These measures are being taken to protect you from any possible fraud so you can have enough time to report any suspicious activities on your account.
If you need to make urgent transactions, you can visit your nearest Emirates Islamic branch (for international & local transfers) or ATM for local transfers only after creating the beneficiary online.
