  • Mohammed bin Rashid Housing approval letter
  • Valid detailed salary certificate addressed to Emirates Islamic Bank
  • IBAN Message
  • Copy of the latest affection plan for the plot 2023-2024

Contractor's Required Documents:

  • Building permit containing the contractor name – 2024
  • Valid trade license (contractor, consultant if any)
  • Copy of valid national ID (contractor, consultant if any) authorised signatory
  • Original copy of the Contractor contract on letter head:
    • Signed and sealed by all parties and on all pages
    • Inclusive the total amount of construction – not exceeding a period of 18 months
  • Original bill of quantities as per bank format:
    • Signed and sealed on all pages by all parties
    • Identical to the total amount of the contractor's contract
  • Undertakings of the (owner, contractor, consultant if any) each as per bank format in letter head
  • Approved architectural drawings along with total built-up area calculation sheet (A4)
  • IBAN letter from the bank to the contractor

After submitting your documents, the bank will assess your financial eligibility as per CBUAE guidelines & regulations.

Visit our Engineering department at our Nad Al Hammar branch, along with the requisite documents and representative consultant/contractor.

Once the property is ready and handed over, Emirates Islamic will initiate property Takaful coverage through one of its empaneled takaful providers for any loss or damage.

Coverage for life is provided for applicant(s) through one of the empaneled Tafakul providers of Emirates Islamic from the inception (first disbursal) of finance facility.

The contractor must submit valid documents of work completed along with an invoice by visiting the Engineering department at our Nad Al Hammar branch to receive the payment (please note payment authorization is subject to progress review and site visits).

You can check the outstanding balance of your home finance by logging on to online banking or you can call us at 600 599 995. Priority Banking customers can contact us at a 800 111 22.

No, Emirates Islamic does not charge any additional profit on accrued profit on any credit product granted to customers.
